Parsua’s career began on Wall Street, where she advanced to Managing Director at Bear Stearns, developing a strong foundation in financial analysis, risk management, communication, and negotiation. That experience continues to shape the depth of insight, judgment, and resourcefulness she brings to every real estate opportunity. As her career evolved across design, hospitality, construction and project management, each experience gradually shaped her perspective and led her toward her greatest professional passion: real estate.
Today, Parsua combines market insight, practical judgment, and a strong appreciation for design to help clients make confident real estate decisions. With deep roots in Southern California and a degree from UC Berkeley, Parsua enjoys travel, gardening, cooking, and discovering the people and places that inspire her, while supporting causes that make a meaningful difference in her community.
